Inter City Group (ICG) is exhibiting at IJL for the first time, bringing the glamour of fashion watch brands Cath Kidston and Daisy Dixon to the UK’s largest jewellery and watch trade show.
IJL takes place from September 4-6 at London Olympia.
We are incredibly excited about exhibiting at IJL and we are looking forward to present both ICG as a company and also selected brands to a host of new potential retail partners. With the obvious synergies between the Jewellery and watch channels there is scope for a number of fashion brands, especially, to achieve great adjacencies within an expanded distribution base, which then gives these brand a larger voice in the market and increased sales for both new and existing retail partners,” says Mohamed Ali Master, commercial director for ICG.
Globally renowned British fashion brand Cath Kidston will be lauching its Autumn/Winter 2016 watch collection at IJL. It is the first time ICG has exhibited with the brand in the UK, following a successful introduction to international retailers at this year’s Baselworld.
The Cath Kidston brand is famous for its signature prints and modern vintage styles. Its new watch collection includes 50 distinctive designs with elements inspired by Cath Kidston’s print portfolio. “The collection has a fresh, feminine appeal, with pretty printed details on dials and watch straps in eye-catching combinations designed to appeal to all tastes,” says Mr Master.
Alongside Cath Kidston will be the Autumn/Winter 2016 collection from Daisy Dixon London.
The trend led designs and accessible price point has allowed the brand to thrive in an increasingly competitive market, ICG says.
“Daisy Dixon was originally created to meet the high end fashion desires of the young and spontaneously styled female consumer who aspires to premium brands, but needs keenly priced fashion to wear a variety of trends,” Mr Master explains.
