Guess Watches has launched a Valentine’s day campaign online through YouTube and Pinterest, as it simultaneously launches its presence on the Pinterest network.
The brand has created a series of four videos called The Look of Love portraying the story of four girls creating their own Pinterest-inspired Valentine’s day projects, including baking heart-shaped cookies and making flower arrangements. Each girl then shares her project through social media.
Guess Watches has also launched its Pinterest presence alongside the video campaigns, which will be used to promote the brand’s watches with behind-the-scenes footage from the Look of Love videos, with links back to the Guess Watches site.
Viewers of the videos and being encouraged to participate with the promotion by pinning original Valentine’s content of their own or re-pinning the brand’s videos on Pinterest using the hashtag #pinlovewithGUESSWatches.
Tarra Del Chiaro, digital strategist at Guess Watches, said: “The new Look of Love series builds on that success and really couples the fun and flirty essence of the brand with authentic social discovery through a variety of platforms.
“We are focusing on creating relatable content to engage our consumer as well as inspire them to fall in love with a Guess Watch.”
New videos will be launched over the coming fortnight, until February 14 when the series concludes with a culmination of all the stories in the series.
