DC Leake in Nuneaton is the latest jeweller to add Graham watches to their portfolio.
The Warwickshire independent says it likes the Graham brand, its history and the UK team behind it.
“I’d been looking for another brand to sit alongside Bremont for quite a while and once I’d met with Pietro [Tomajer] and handled the quality of the watches and the learnt the history of the brand they seemed to complement each other very well,” explains Nigel Leake, director at DC Leake.
“Graham is a company that will work with a retailer rather than dictate. Graham is definitely a brand on the rise and one to be watched carefully with their designs and marketing plans for the future. I’m looking forward to a joint effort in raising the profile and sales of Graham watches in the midlands area,” Mr Leake adds.
Graham UK’s managing director Pietro Tomajer, looks forward to 2017 with a growing network of successful retailers. “Graham’s 2016 has been blessed as one of the most successful years over the last 10 in the UK. The renewed focus on the aviation themed Chronofighter collection in the occasion of the 15th Anniversary has massively boosted the brand performance in the UK,” he tells WatchPro.
“Currently available in London, Nottingham, St Albans, Leeds and Scotland, the brand is now looking to reinforce its presence within a larger number of motivated retailers in the Midlands. The aim is to strengthen partnerships with stockists like DS Leake, keen on embracing the solid development of the Swiss-Anglo independent watchmaker, and embrace long-term partnership,” Mr Tomajer concludes.
