Luxury watchmaker Franck Muller is celebrating the 10th anniversary of the Crazy Hours collection.

To commemorate the occasion the brand created 74 limited edition pieces in both rose gold and white gold, featuring the number 10 set completely in diamonds.

The watch, on which the numbers are in complete disorder, was first introduced in 2003. It employs a jumping hour mechanism that allows the watch to still keep perfect time, with the hour hand jumping to one numeral at a time while the minutes hand moves in the conventional clockwise manner.

Muller first got the idea for the Crazy Hours whilst on holiday at a resort in Mauritius. The timepiece’s disruption of the perception of time was a reaction to his overly-scheduled vacation.
