Festina has presented the Chrono Bike alongside a new major marketing campaign.
As every year Festina presents the new collection, this year’s model whose design originates from the world of cycling, presents 8 steel bracelet models, 8 rubber straps, 2 Special Editions and an exclusive Limited Edition model.
It has been launched alongside plans for a new advertising campaign with the slogan ‘not only for sport,’ a move the brand says it wants to use to highlight the multi-functionality of the watch.
Festina says it has planned for the campaign on the Eurosport International television channel to help push the collection.
This year’s edition (F20448) has a hexagonal shaped bezel and a cycling orientated design inspiration.
The upper pusher has been given a matching touch of colour with the dial or hands.
It comes in a 44mm diameter stainless steel case which houses a hardened mineral crystal and offers 100m water resistance.
The rubber version (F20449) offers 8 brightly coloured executions, including light blue, military green, yellow or orange.
The RRP for this year’s Chrono Bike is $226 (£179) with the Rubber strap and $238 (£189) with the Stainless Steel bracelet.
The Special Edition is $360 (£285) and $542 (£429) for the Limited Edition.
