Italian-based fashion house, Fendi, has announced the new Selleria stitches edition.
The Selleria Collection offers women the option to change the strap to any color or style by turning the case back, meaning each Selleria watch can be personalized.
The design is enhanced with a white mother-of-pearl dial recognized for a geometric pattern inspired by a Karl Lagerfeld sketch.
The German-born fashion icon is creative director at Fendi as well as at Chanel and his eponymously- named brand.
Faithful to the spirit of the Selleria line, the new edition pays homage to Fendi heritage and features a bezel adorned with a stitching pattern giving a couture look to the watch.
Roman numerals and indexes on the dial are also stitched to recall the Selleria codes.
Celebrating the origins of Fendi, the Selleria Stitches case design draws inspiration from the hand-made stitching technique replicating the practices of Roman master saddlers.
The Italian luxury house has roots dating back to 1925 and began its foray into the world of luxury timepieces in 1988 and now all Fendi timepieces are manufactured in Switzerland.
