Casio brand Edifice has created a new collection of watches inspired by Formula 1 cars, boasting speed and hidden intelligence within their case design.
The brand says it has “introduced new possibilities” for its chronograph, through further evolution of its technical specifications and high-legibility displays.
The latest additions to the Edifice range include the hero timepiece, the EQW-A1110DB, a multi-functional chronograph which has been updated with Casio’s Smart Access technology, which “simplifies the operation of multiple functions through simultaneous movements of the watches motors”.
The 33mm case has been created to offer clearer legibility, with raised metal numerals and a luminous white coating on the hour and minute hands.
The watch also features electric crown, a 1/20?second stopwatch with lap memory Function, which stores up to 10 lap times, and also has a battery-remaining indicator, world time for 29 cities.
The brand has also released the EDIFICE EFB-503SBDB and the EFM-500SBD, new additions to its range.
The watches are part of Casio’s Solid Urban collection, with a “sports luxe design” with the use of sapphire glass on the watch set against gold time indicators.
The EFB-503SBDB has a solar-powered alarm system and is suited to a range of watersports due to its higher level of water resistance.
