Fromanteel is hoping that a growing number of UK customers buying directly online from the Dutch watch brand will spark interest from retail partners this year.
The company operates in the affordable luxury segment of the market, competing with brands such as Raymond Weil and Maurice Lacroix with Swiss-made timepieces retailing for between £350-1000.
The focus at this year’s Baselworld was on the extension of two existing watch series: the Generations Pendulum Collection and the Amsterdam Series.
The Amsterdam Nautique watches house a Swiss quartz caliber-6004.D movement and come in three different finishes: white, blue and dark grey with white and red accents.
The Generations Pendulum is equipped with a self-winding mechanical movement that can be seen through a glass case back. It will retail for around £1000.
