Major fashion, jewellery and watch house Dior has announced it is launching a boutique opposite it’s emblematic address, 30 Avenue Montaigne in Paris.
The new boutique was conceived by the architect Peter Marino and showcases the house’s timepieces along with jewellery collections designed by Victoire de Castellane.
Special editions of jewellery and watches have been created to mark the new boutique’s opening. In addition to the Dior VIII Grand Bal Coquette and La D de Dior watches, jewellery pieces from the Archi Dior collection have also been revisited in the spirit of Avenue Montaigne.
Natural light is reflected in the contemporary furnishings, and the house’s colour code of grey and pink tones aims to compose an intimate atmosphere within the boutique, Dior said.
Artists’ furniture by Vincenzo de Cotiis, among others, is joined by artworks by the likes of Dana Buckley and Damian Hirst.
