Former Bonhams New York watch specialist hired as operations director at Delray Watch

Delray Watch has appointed Jonathan Hochman as director of operations.

The moves comes after Mr Hochman’s stints as a consultant to Eric Wind of Wind Vintage and as watch specialist for Bonhams in New York.

He also has experience as watch specialist and head of sale for Auctionata NYC as well as consulting for a variety of luxury brands.

Delray Watch explained how Mr Hochman has a passion for vintage horology, especially highly complicated movement ebauche makers from the Vallée du Joux, such as Victorin-Piguet.

He also has a penchant for mid-century Omegas.

Commenting on the appointment, John Pietrasz co-founder at Delray Watch said: “With over 20 years’ experience in the luxury space, Jonathan is a welcome addition to Delray Watch’s growing team.”
