De Bethune has followed up the signing of Stephen Silver Fine Jewelry as a retail partner in California with news that is now working with Mexico’s Raconli Group as its exclusive distributor south of the border.

The distribution deal will be officially sealed at Salón Internacional de Alta Relogeria (SIAR), a luxury watch show in Mexico.

“Mexico is a real connoisseurs’ market with a longstanding tradition and true appreciation of Swiss Haute Horlogerie models,” says De Betune’s CEO Pierre Jacques.

“To offer our customers enhanced service, while ensuring our brand’s solid long-term development in Mexico, we are delighted to have reached a distribution agreement with the Raconli group. I wish to express my sincere thanks to the Raconli Group’s CEO Ramon Gonalez and his family for their confidence in us. Their excellent knowledge of this market will ensure the high-quality presence that is key to our development,” he adds.

De Bethune will use SIAR to introduce key models including the DB28 Steel Wheels, a high complication piece that has made the short list for this year’s Grand Prix d’Horlogerie de Genève, and the more traditional DB25 Starry Varius.
