David M Robinson has unveiled an online store for its growing pre-owned luxury watch retail arm.
The service, called Second Time, aims to encourage customers to come into stores and part-exchange or trade-up from one luxury timepiece to another.
The watches will be sold online after being checked, authenticated, serviced and repaired at DMR’s service centre, which is officially authorised to work with watches from must major watch companies.
Karl Irwin, DMR general manager, says that his business’s experience with major Swiss watch companies is an important competitive advantage and reassurance to its customers.
“Our relationship with our partner brands means our teams are trained to the highest level. This knowledge extends to our Second Time watch section and we are thrilled to introduce our online clients to the first of this selection.”
