It is 35 years since Chronoswiss was founded, and 30 years since it produced its first Regulator model.
2018 is therefore a fitting year to celebrate with the creation of a Flying Regulator Open Gear that showcases the sophistication of the Swiss watchmaker.
The dial has the watch’s train wheel bridges of its skeletonised gears exposed.
These move on four ruby bearings, generating the least possible friction. The train wheel bridges have also been skeletonised.
Another aperture at 6 o’clock lets you see into the inner workings and to the seconds wheel, designed to look like a rotary dial.
Chronoswiss developed the movement and watch in house.
