Carl F. Bucherer adds to the canon of chronographs for urban adventurers

The way the Swiss watch industry bangs on about them, you would think the world was populated purely by travelers, outdoor enthusiasts and contemporary urban adventurers who urgently need another luxury steel sports watch.

None of them appear to make watches for couch potatoes wearing pajamas in the countryside.

The latest piece for urban adventurers comes from Carl F. Bucherer in the form of the Manero Central Counter with a green dial, which has a central chronograph minute hand in addition to its usual stop-second hand.

“The Manero Central Counter is a creative addition to our collection of lifestyle-driven chronographs. It will excite travelers, outdoor enthusiasts, contemporary urban adventurers and anyone who appreciates innovative, high-performance timepieces,” says Carl F. Bucherer’s chief marketing officer Uwe Liebminger.

The watch is a limited edition of 188 pieces.

It comes in a 42.5mm stainless steel case with a DLC-treated bezel housing an automatic CFB 1967 movement.

Functions include chronograph with central minute and seconds counter, tachymeter, 24 hour day/night indication, date, hour, minute and small seconds.
