Bulgari has paid homage to nine world cities that have previously played host to the brand with its new release, the Cities Special Edition 2020.
Each of the nine watches honours a city – Rome, Tokyo, Dubai, Paris, London, Ibiza, Milan, Mexico City and New York.
The timepieces take their lead from the 1977 Bulgari Roma model that was inspired by the brand’s Roman history.
Nine artists were also commissioned to create 12 drawings of one of the watches.
The pieces come with a 41mm steel case with a transparent back, and the bezel is engraved with the respective city name.
Meanwhile the mechanical manufacture movement with automatic winding, BVL 191 caliber comes with a 42-hour power reserve.
There is a black lacquered grained dial with rose gold indexes and a date window at three o’clock, as well as a 18ct rose gold crown.
Finally, a second black rubber strap comes in a black grained leather pouch as an alternative to the brown calf leather strap with ardillon buckle.
