Bering opens UK head office to build on success

Danish jewellery and watch brand Bering has opened a UK office to further its advance into the UK market.

The UK head office is based in Wetherby, Yorkshire, and is home to management, administration and servicing. The office is home to UK country manager Ian Latham and his growing team which manages more than 400 UK accounts.

Bering UK, which been responsible for year-on-year sales growth of almost 50 percent, is also moving its service centre to the new UK head office, managing all UK repairs and servicing and offering ‘even faster and more streamlined offering for their extensive customer base’.

Latham manages a six-strong UK sales team including Stephen Todd, who covers the South West, and Bethan Palmer, covering the North West. New additions to the sales team include; Eddie Harber, North East, Matt Aldridge, South East, and Dave Thomas, who covers Mid South West and South East.

Latham commented: “Bering has grown enormously since its inception just four years ago, with a sales expansion into over 40 countries worldwide. UK sales are beyond our expectations with a rapidly growing customer base. With a constant flow of successful new lines and sales of our Arctic Symphony ring collections going through the roof, a UK office was an invaluable necessity. We are one of the fastest growing countries in the world for Bering and with adverts in extremely high profile publications such as British Vogue, demand is only going to get bigger.”
