Bell & Ross goes full lume for its latest vintage chronograph

Bell & Ross has been a fan of fully photo-luminescent dials since 2017 and has a number of glow-in-the-dark references including the BR 03-92 Full Lum.

For 2021, the French watchmaker is making its first vintage-style watch with a full lume dial in the form of a BR V2-94 that uses both green and pale yellow hues of SuperLuminova.

The 41mm stainless steel chronograph is being made in a limited edition run of just 250 pieces.

The dial, hands and hour markers and small seconds sub dial light up in green after dark, while the 30 minute chronograph counter turns fluorescent blue.

On the underside, the automatic calibre BR-CAL.301 is exposed through a crystal case back.

The watch is worn on a rubber strap or steel bracelet. Its satin-finished and polished steel case is water resistant to 100 metres and it retails for $5,100.
