Alessandro Baldieri unveils new Trifoglio watches


Italian watch designer Alessandro Baldieri has launched a new line of automatic watches under the Trifoglio Italia accessories  brand name.

The collection of divers’ watches are called Sette Mari (Italian for seven seas). They have 49mm aluminium ceramic coated cases with automatic movements, said to be Seagull Chinese-made automatic with 25 jewels.

The collection will be limited to just 300 pieces, but there is a choice of dial colours, including pale blue, tobacco-green and a sandblasted off-white.

The Trifoglio Italia brand also makes a range of colourful leather handbags, with the watches a new extension of its offer.

Baldieri is also known for his watch collections such as iTime, which is distributed in the UK through Since 1853.

He began his career as an interior designer.
