Vacheron Constantin has followed up on the opening of its New York flagship with the roll out of its own online boutique to the United States.

The direct to consumer ecommerce site at www.vacheron-constantin.com offers an elevated digital concierge, easy check out and a three day turnaround for shipping.

Although the ‘add to basket’ is appearing for the first time on the USA site, Vacheron Constantin is also supporting its retail partners by including a ‘find a boutique’ button right next to it that links to authorized dealers.

While ecommerce specialists focus on the fastest possible digital journey and fewest clicks between browsing and buying, Vacheron Constantin is focusing more on storytelling and eulogizing about the brand.
