Harry Winston adds a touch of gold to its emerald collection

Harry Winston has presented a yellow gold watch as part of its emerald collection, a first for the American jeweller.

Targeted towards women who want both the practicality of a timepiece and a hallmark of glamour, the piece is waterproof up to 30m and features an 18k yellow gold 17.8mm by 24mm case, a first at Harry Winston.

Powered by a HW1040 caliber and quartz movement, the ladies wristwatch also features 67 brilliant-cut diamonds with an anthracite gray satin double tour strap.

The dial matches the strap in anthracite gray satin, and features 3 brilliant-cut diamonds with an 18k rose gold emerald applique.

The announcement is the latest update in a busy year for the American company, which added to its emerald collection with a wristwatch at Baselworld, boasting more diamonds than any other piece in the range.

The jeweler didn’t stop there and two months prior to this release, it opened its second Hong Kong-based boutique, which created a media storm when A-lister Kate Hudson was part of the launch ceremony.
