Arlette-Elsa Emch, president of Swatch Group brands CK and Swatch, will leave Swatch Group next month after 20 years at the watch giant.
Emch is due to reach retirement age in February next year but the decision has been made for her to take advantage of “a large amount of annual leave as a result of her long service” and she will exit the group in mid July.
While she will leave behind her operational activities for Swatch Group and its brands Swatch and CK, which she built up from scratch 15 years ago, she will remain a member of the Executive Group Management Board until her retirement date in February.
A statement from Swatch Group said: “The Swatch Group thanks Arlette-Elsa Emch for her long service with the group and wishes her all the best for her retirement.”
