2016 was a year of pre-publicity for Swedish smartwatch startup Kronaby. 2017 is lift-off time, with the first collection appearing at Jewellery & Watch.
The smart hybrid watch collection is based on the Kronaby Connected Movement, which has been developed in-house and provides applications including filtered notifications, auto time zone, silent alarm, get moving, music control, camera remote and timer in sync with both Android and iOS smartphones.
The watches will be available for pre-order at the show, but delivery to retailers is likely to begin in April.
Prices are expected to be in the range of £380-650.
The Kronaby collection consists of four models: the sporty Apex, the classic Sekel (pictured), the minimalist Nord and the contemporary Carat.
Case sizes range from 38mm for the Nord and Carat up to 43mm for the Apex and Sekel.
